Agreements and contracts

What is it about?

In the context of cooperation between higher education institutions (HEI) and company partners, clarifying the expectations of all involved actors is crucial for a good cooperation and successful implementation of the projects.

Thus, a written agreement between the HEI and each partner serves primarily for the purpose of mutual understanding. Between the partners and the student teams, an oral arrangement on how to cooperate is more common and usually sufficient. However, in specific sectors it might be appropriate to sign a confidential disclosure agreement to protect sensitive data or company insights.
